What do we talk about on the call?
A discovery call is not a sales pitch. Our goal is to understand where your business is getting stuck and to see together whether there’s a problem that software would actually solve.
- Which processes are still done by hand today, and where you’re losing time
- Where your current website, app, or system stands
- What you’re aiming for: new customers, less operational load, or both
- Roughly where the scope lands and which technologies make sense
At the end of the call, if the scope of the work is clear, we prepare a written quote. If it isn’t, we tell you what still needs to be clarified.
If you’d like to come prepared
It’s not required, but thinking through a few things in advance speeds up the call: the concrete problem you want to solve, any examples you like, who will own the project, and roughly when it needs to go live.

How long does the call take?
As long as the time set aside in the calendar. Most discovery calls wrap up within that time; if the topic goes deeper, we schedule a second call.
Do you charge for the call?
No. The discovery call is free and places no obligation on either party.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes. You can cancel your booking yourself or move it to another time using the link in the confirmation email.
Who joins the call?
On Doon Studio’s side, the founders join. On your side, having the person who will own the project on the call makes it much more productive.
There’s no suitable time on the calendar. What can I do?
The calendar shows only open slots. If you can’t find a time that works, write to us through the contact page and we’ll set up an alternative time.
Do I need to install any software for the call?
No. The meeting link opens in your browser; there’s no need to install an app.
